Michigan among the top(bottom) again
Here's another great category for Michigan to be tops in...
Wow, 20k ads, and almost all of them mudslinging rather than anything productive.
Nielsen Monitor-Plus counted 942,900 political ads that have aired on TV between August 1st and October 15th, up 31 percent compared to the same time four years ago. ... the candidates that have placed the most ads are Florida’s Charlie Crist, the Republican candidate for governor (21,214 ads) and Dick DeVos, the Republican candidate for Michigan governor (20,093).from Lost Remote

Well, I guess when you spend $30+ million of your own money and have the Amway fortune to tap into, you can afford to run 20K ads in 2.5 months. I would be curious to see the total number of DeVos ads since he started airing them last winter.
I hope DeVos won't be able to buy his way into the Governor's mansion simply by buying name recognition for millions. IMO, as long as everyone gets out and votes tomorrow
Granholm will be reelected.

And since he didn't get elected, maybe you'd like to buy one of his closet organizers???
See that one? Yow.
